Requirements

Vice General Manager: 1 Person

1.Be in charge of company operation management activities comprehensively to realize company operation target and profit and maintain optimized operation and sustainable development

2. Integrate and coordinate all internal and external sources to create best condition for company operation

3.Perfect and supervise the implementation of all current enterprise management systems, make optimizing process arrangement for human-resource, finance, material  

4. Build a positive, effective, innovative team and create enterprise culture that is optimistic and upward

5.To meet the company development target, implement and finish effectively the management task and activities designated by the head quarter

 

1. Candidate of 35-45 year old and with education background above bachelor degree and fluent oral English is preferred

2. It is required to have 5 years' experience in brand promotion and top level management, and the one who has ever worked in chemical and rubber industry is preferred

3. The one with certificate of professional manager is preferred

4. Master the knowledge of company operation management, marketing, finance management, human-resource and administrative management, be familiar with relevant laws and regulations about labor, economy and finance and taxation, be good at coordination of enterprise internal and external public relations as well as communication, understand authorization and target management

5. Has keen observation ability and good adaptability to changes, owns the trait of excellent administrator with personality charm, and whose ethical conduct won respect of society and staff of enterprise

6. Integrate into enterprise culture quickly, care sincerely about the employees, cultivate talents, establish the authority and promote the revolution and development of enterprise

Technical Engineer of R&D: 2-3 Persons

1. Development and promotion of products and technology, including trial during R&D period, medium scale trial and primary application study

2. Composition of relevant technical documents as required during process of product development

3. In support of production department for product maintenance, including sample trial of raw material, solution of abnormal cases during the production process and improvement of formula process

4.Providing technical support and study based on the need of production and sales depart.

1. Major in organic chemistry or high polymer, has more than 3 years' work experience in R&D of rubber&EVA additives, and the one with experience of Rubber and EVA foaming formula is preferred

2. Good English writing and speaking ability(CET 4 or above)

3. Male or female, can follow the work arrangement and be good at communication

4. Keen in thought and is flexible and could accommodate to work under pressure

Assistant Engineer: 2-3 Persons

1. Assist in product test and development, set up of quality standard and test method; provide technical support for raw material purchasing

2. Assist in formula development and research work according to new products development plan, and assist in functional evaluation

3. Assist in the optimization and upgrade of product formula, continuously improve product quality and product performance

4. Assist in setting up of production standard operation regulation, inspection regulation and formulating process

5. Assist in trial production of new products and deal with technical problems to ensure normal production progress

1. Above bachelor degree, major in high polymer material or organic chemistry, the one with rubber production and R&D work experience is preferred

2. Be familiar with rubber production process flow, be rigorous and innovative

3.Know rubber formula design and can assist in validation of formula design

4. Know functional design trend of rubber, and has excellent data analysis ability

5. Good English writing and speaking ability(CET 4 or above)

Sales Person: Some

1. Finish  sales task and solve the problems related to the business market and products independently that he/she is in charge of

2. Maintain and manage customer relationship and provide professional consultancy for customers

3. Collect potential customer data and explore the business market

4. Assist in collection of sales payment  

1. College degree or above, major in marketing or relevant majors

2. Getting in touch with shoe brand customer is preferred

3. 2 years' experience of sales or above, the one with outstanding performance is preferred

4.Extroverted, quick in action and has excellent expression ability and communication skills

5. Has certain market analysis ability and good customer service awareness

6. Be responsible and can work under pressure
