1102 resin is a mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbon resin obtained by catalytic polymerization of aliphatic hydrocarbon as raw material, which is widely used in rubber, coating, adhesive, ink and other industries. 1. Rubber: Petroleum resin is suitable for additives of natural synthetic rubber, which has no great influence on the vulcanization process of rubber. The addition of petroleum resin to rubber can play the role of tackifying, reinforcing and softening. It can improve the molding operation and increase the hardness and elasticity of the product. Due to the improvement of rubber strength and aging resistance, this resin is particularly suitable as a softener for SBR rubber, used in the production of rubber tubes, V-belts and tires. 2, paint: petroleum resin can be mixed with a variety of drying oil production paint, add a variety of resin and pigment mixing can be made of various colors of paint, with its production of paint is widely used in vehicles, ships, bridges on the surface coating. The gloss, hardness, water resistance and alkali resistance of the paint film are greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced. 3. Adhesive: Petroleum resin has good adhesion and is a good tackifier in adhesives and pressure-sensitive tapes. The adhesive used in the production of plywood, wall paper and leather improves the water resistance of the adhesive. Because it has a small shrinkage when solidified, it can be used in the casting industry. 4. Ink: petroleum resin has water resistance, melting resistance and drying resistance. Adding petroleum resin to ink can play the effect of color development, quick drying and brightening, and improve printing performance. Therefore, various printing inks can be made.
