Technical features
1, transparent glue is strictly prohibited to mix with other ordinary glue. The machine should be cleaned before operation, and it is best to distinguish the machine for use.
2, other materials and transparent adhesive should pay attention to the choice of treatment agent, adhesive and curing agent. The bonded rubber and transparent rubber must have the same positive vulcanization time (TC90) to produce co-vulcanization (pay attention to the non-polluting migration of the bonded rubber).
3. For dyeing products, it is recommended to use high-grade yellowing-resistant pigments for dyeing. Ordinary-grade pigments are not heat-resistant and easy to fade.
4. The yellowing resistance of transparent adhesive is tested by a yellowing resistance testing machine (60 ℃ * 12 hours). Customers are advised to test before use.
5. When the shoe industry is used to fit the sole, the bridging agent DCP can be used to adjust the fit problem, but attention should be paid to embrittlement and hardening. (Recommended usage 0.1~0.3 g/Kg).
