Technical features
Elastomer ER 600 is a pre-dispersed masterbatch formed by blending hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SEBS) and carrier resin, which is white translucent granules. Due to the use of carrier resin for pre-dispersion, the elastomer ER 600 has no dust pollution, which is beneficial to the health of operators and environmental protection. In addition, the product has good compatibility, dispersion and excellent comprehensive physical and mechanical properties.
Application
Elastomer ER 600 has plasticity and high elasticity, can be used without vulcanization, can be used for high-grade elastomers, modified plastics, adhesives, wire and cable materials and other products, with excellent UV stability, antioxidant and thermal stability. ER 600 is particularly suitable for the modification of midsole EVA,TPO,TPU or TPR to obtain highly elastic foamed articles.
